A Party For All Ages! Boom Blox Bash Party Review

Boom Blox Bash Party developed by EA Los Angeles and published by Electronic Arts and created by Stephen Spielberg, it lives up to the reputation of the first instalment of this puzzle style party game that suitable for people of all ages.

On your first visit in to the game you will be given the option to pick a boom blox creatures that you want to play as and give a name to, which is good because it makes that character yours personally then and there is more competition when playing against others.

The game-play is the same as the first game and is simple to use which is best when its been created for a audience of all ages, simple point and click and swing the remote is all that is really needed to play the main bulk of the game’s various modes which consist of three main types, single player, multi player and multi player versus mode. Each one of these modes has six game areas, which each mostly have six play modes except for the discover area which has eight to choose from.

Bash party has a level creator as well to use so if you get fed up of playing the pre-created levels you can go in to the level creator and set your hands and mind to work creating the perfect level for you and others to play together.

After creating your perfect level using the parts that you have unlocked through reaching goals in the challenge mode you can either keep the level to you self or you can upload it to a awaiting audience for them to download and play on there bash party with there friends and you could also download levels they have created also.

The graphics are what you would expect from the Wii, they are very vibrant and child like, which is all good and well for a game of this type which doesn’t really need a super shinny and high resolution graphics to sell its self to the public. The menus are easy enough to navigate your way through as well due to the simple but yet enjoyable colours and graphics.

But all in all boom blox bash party at first glance you would think this is a rubbish game that is for little kids, but you pick up that wii controller and you play this game and you will think and see that you was very wrong with your thoughts because this is one of the most fun and creative games of its time on the wii.
